Taboola conversions, sent from the server
Whence sends each purchase to Taboola from the server when the visit came from a Taboola ad.
What Whence sends
Each order leaves the server once it is placed. Taboola receives the purchase only.

Set it up
Install Whence on your store
The Shopify app turns on in one click. Elsewhere, the WordPress plugin or one script.
Let Whence find your account ID
Whence reads your store’s home page and fills in the ID of the Taboola pixel already installed. Otherwise: Taboola Realize: the numeric account ID shown under the account name (top left), e.g. 1234567.
Paste your conversion event name
Realize > Tracking > your purchase conversion (type EVENT, created with "Create conversions using code"): its Event Name, exactly as written (case-sensitive), not the Conversion Name.
Send a test
Taboola has no test mode: Whence checks your setup without sending a sale.
Good to know Taboola counts a sale only when the visitor arrived from a Taboola ad (tblci in the page address). Taboola has no test mode: every sale sent is real. To check the setup, use Realize > Tracking > Conversions > Test Events > Server Events.
